    Terms & Conditions:
    · INNOTIER Limited ("Organiser") is the Organiser of “DESIGN A BETTER FUTURE" Campaign ("Competition").
    · Enquiries regarding competitions can be directed at the Organiser’s marketing team at info@innotier.com.
    · These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in the Competition are the Completion Rules (“Rules”) and apply to the Organiser’s competitions (“Competitions”). By entering a Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    · Rules specific to each Competition are displayed in a notice on the page for such Competition ("Competition") or in a notice in which the Competition appeared and are incorporated into the Rules. In the event of discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Competition, the Competition shall prevail.
    · The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organiser’s control.
    · Any changes to the competition including award date, mechanism, prizes, etc. will be mentioned on the website, entrants should take responsibility to stay updated through websites if any changes are made.
    · The Organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrants by any third party connected with this competition.

    Products
    · The design may not be exactly the same as the product outcome as the production may affect the design. The Organiser is not responsible for anything caused by production limitations.
    · The design must include INNOTIER’s logo, the organiser reserves the right to include or adjust the logo visibility without confirming final design with the contestant.
    · Delivery / Pick up time of the products may be delayed subject to transportation situations under Covid-19.

    Qualifying for Competitions
    · To qualify to enter the Competition you must be registered Hong Kong residents with a valid Hong Kong address.
    · By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all contestants.
    · Entries should not contain any material that is political, obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, indecent, disparaging or content that is controversial and inappropriate. The ideas and content of the design work must conform to the theme of this competition.
    · All entries must be original. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
    · In the event that any entrants are disqualified from the Competition, the Organiser in its sole discretion may consider whether a refund will be done, subject to the reasons of disqualification.
    · The Organiser assumes that by reading the publication or by using the website and entering the Competition (and you warrant that) you are aged 18 or over, or if you are under 18, that your guidance has consented to your entry into the Competition and these Rules.

    Entries for Competition
    · There is an enrolment fee to enter this competition.
    · Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified on the Competition. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
    · All contestants can only submit the design once and no re-submission is allowed.

    Prizes
    · Decision of the judging panel and the Organiser is final. No objection and appeal will be entertained.
    · The Organiser will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/ delivered through email and Prize Winners list will be announced on the website.
    · Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Competition winner(s)’ names may be published on appropriate social media channels and/or the website: www.innotier.com.
    · Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in withdrawing the prize from the winner and the selection of an alternate winner.
    · The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
    · Prizes are awarded at the discretion of the Organiser and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrants.
    · The Peninsula staycation package should be redeemed until the valid date. Overdue redemption will not be considered as Organizers or Sponsor’s responsibility.
    · Colour and patterns of prizes are subject to availability.

    Organiser’s Liability
    · The Organisers cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

    Data Protection and Publicity
    · Winners’ designs may be requested to take part in promotional activity and the Organiser reserves the right to use the designs of any entrants for any publicity, both online and printed.
    · Any personal data related to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the Hong Kong’s Data Protection Legislation and any subordinate legislation passed under the Act.
    · Any personal data relating to all entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent.
