不可退貨商品

The following items are considered intimate products and cannot be returned or exchanged once 退貨或更換:

• InnoShield 口罩
• 內衣*
• 襪
• InnoTouch 手套

*For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear is uneligible for return even if is not opened or used. We apologise for the inconvenience. 

General Return Policy

• Return Period: Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
• Receipt Requirement: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
