Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement digital and social media strategy and campaign to drive the online performance and achieve business targets
- Plan and execute digital and marketing initiatives to maximize brand exposure and awareness
- Liaison with agencies on the execution of new collection launch, sales and promotional activities; ensure timely execution and align with brand guidelines
- Manage loyalty and membership programs to enhance the customer loyalty and provide excellent user experience for consumers
- Consolidate sales and marketing data, analyze the performance of sales and promotional activities; provide recommendation and actions plan to generate growth
- Work closely with internal parties to ensure the operation of brand-site and marketplaces is effective and efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related disciplines
- 5-6 years digital marketing experience in e-commerce/fashion industry, with regional exposure is a must
- Hands on experience in managing brand-sites and marketplaces in Asia market
- Familiar with digital tools to drive online traffic and engagement with target customers
- Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
- Proactive, energetic and able to work under fast-paced working environment
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
