Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement digital and social media strategy and campaign to drive the online performance and achieve business targets
  • Plan and execute digital and marketing initiatives to maximize brand exposure and awareness
  • Liaison with agencies on the execution of new collection launch, sales and promotional activities; ensure timely execution and align with brand guidelines
  • Manage loyalty and membership programs to enhance the customer loyalty and provide excellent user experience for consumers
  • Consolidate sales and marketing data, analyze the performance of sales and promotional activities; provide recommendation and actions plan to generate growth
  • Work closely with internal parties to ensure the operation of brand-site and marketplaces is effective and efficiency

 

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • 5-6 years digital marketing experience in e-commerce/fashion industry, with regional exposure is a must
  • Hands on experience in managing brand-sites and marketplaces in Asia market
  • Familiar with digital tools to drive online traffic and engagement with target customers
  • Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
  • Proactive, energetic and able to work under fast-paced working environment
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
